Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at gautampradhan283@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll share instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and beauty products
- Perishable goods
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at gautampradhan283@gmail.com.
